WCF Group Ltd trading as Winchester Corporate Finance (“Winchester Corporate Finance,” “we,” or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (“Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information are also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Agreement Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Winchester Corporate Finance General Terms of Use Agreement.
Program Description
We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program:
Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services, including promotions, specials, marketing offers, and deals.
Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include links to www.winchestercf.com.
Mobile messages may be sent using automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed two messages per month.
By participating, you agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send messages regarding the above topics, and such messages/calls may come from different telephone numbers or short codes (excluding marketing purposes).
We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program, but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider. Standard data and message rates may apply for:
Abandoned checkout reminders
Order notifications and updates
Appointment reminders
Other transaction-related information
User Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number to us, you voluntarily opt into the Program and agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile number associated with your opt-in. This applies even if your number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list.
You confirm that any mobile number you provide is valid and that you are the owner or an authorised user of the number. If your number changes, you agree to promptly notify us at hello@winchestercf.com.
Participation in the Program does not require any purchase and is completely voluntary.
User Opt-Out and Support
You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving mobile messages, reply with any of the following:
STOP
QUIT
CANCEL
OPTOUT
UNSUBSCRIBE
You may receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and may also receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message.
If you wish to rejoin the Program, simply sign up again, and we will resume sending messages. For support, reply HELP to any message.
Important: Our mobile messaging platform may not recognise modified versions of these commands. We and our service providers will not be liable for any failure to honour opt-out requests that do not follow these exact terms.
Additionally, we may change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Program and will notify you of any such change. If you send an opt-out request to an old number or short code, it may not be received, and we are not responsible for failing to process your request in such cases.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or across all mobile providers.
You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any:
Failed
Delayed
Misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
Modifications
We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect when posted on our website.
You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to stay informed of modifications. Continued participation in the Program after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the modifications.
